Can you please help me to get OAuth Class. I cannot find the class

if you mean PHP class, you need to install OAuth extension
http://php.net/manual/en/oauth.installation.php
if you are using windows, depending on your version of PHP you can download compiled php_oauth.dll from http://pecl.php.net/package/oauth and copy that php_oauth.dll into php/ext folder and add
extension=php_oauth.dll
into php.ini
