12 This policy applies where we are acting as a data controller with respect to the personal data of our website visitors and service users; in other words, where we determine the purposes and means of the processing of that personal data

Any processing is strictly in line with Data Protection Act 2018 and for legitimate business purposes or legal / contractual obligations for the execution of contractual requirements.


4.1 In this Section 4, we provide information about the circumstances in which your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). a) Your personal information may be stored and processed outside of the country where it is collected, including outside of the European Economic Area.
