While watching netlfix, my laptop will freeze, make a buzzing sound for about 10 seconds (only while plugged in) and become unresponsive. My laptop will not respons to any commands when it is frozen. The only way to get my laptop back is to hold down the power button.

I recommend to restore the BIOS defaults.You could restore the BIOS with this document selecting the reloading the BIOS default settings. That way it will look at the Hardware installed on the Notebook.

The Issue is the screen freezes, including the mouse icon on screen, as does the sound. It will stay frozen until I switch the Laptop off with the power button, then turn it back, wait until it boots, then it goes as normal, this can happen several times within 1 hour.
