ANN: Enable 5.2.1

Dear ETS Users,

We are very exited to announce the release of Enable 5.2.1. The release can be found on Github, PyPI and is also available to EDM users via the Enthought Deployment Server. Documentation can be found here.

This is a bug fix release which addresses an issue with the FontManager encountered when no fonts are available and a rounding issue related to a recent pillow release.
