ANN: Enable 5.1.1

Dear ETS Users,

We are very exited to announce the release of Enable 5.1.1. The release can be found on Github, PyPI and is also available to EDM users via the Enthought Deployment Server. Documentation can be found here.

This is a small bug fix release which addresses a drawing alignment issue.
