Intro

Multipurpose bladeless fan is like an ordinary table fan that runs without visible blade. The air is sucked from the bottom and blow through small slits located at the pentagon shape frame. The air blown through the slits flows over an aerofoil shape frame. This aerofoil shape acts as air multiplier. As air move over the aerofoil frame, more air will be sucked through the pentagonal hole of the frame and multiplied the air blown. The different angle inside the frame acts to disperse air to the user with wider range.

Objectives

Ø To produce better consumable/economical fan

Problem Statement

Problems with normal fan	Solution with bladeless fan
Fast-spinning blade causing dangerous environment for kids.	No blade, more safer
Buffeting of air -Not smooth of air flow	Smooth, easy-flowing air through the frame
Difficult to clean	Easy for cleaning

Methodology

Same as the sample that’s given by Yvonne

Result & Discussion

(this part is discarded)

Conclusion

Ø Bladeless fan is far better that normal fan.

Ø Aerofoil-shaped frame makes it good to act as an air multiplier.

I need your help ASAP to add/improve on these, OBJECTIVES, PROBLEM STATEMENT AND CONCLUSION...

Plus, we will also have the evaluation on fabrication with Dr Bambang on Monday (tomorrow) 1.8.2011 at 5 pm at Dr Bambang office. Please be there ASAP, and bring anything that's related to this. In addition, we will have a group meeting on Monday night (1.8.2011) at 11 pm at V3 cafe.

Asslmkm and Dear All Group members,

I only want to comment about problem statement. Problem statements ARE NOT the problems which you face during the conduct of this project. But problem statement is the problem which you are going to solve by this project, so problem statement will sound for example: The current bladed fans in the market are dangerous to small children, The flux of air is intermittent, etc etc,

i think the title should no longer be "multipurpose" :(

wat u guys think?

about introduction, is better to put in point form.

objective: to produce a better bladeless fan for consumers in terms of price, safety, air flow ...... ?

results n discussion jangan discard, letak gambar prototype.

nanti i kira power,voltage tu letak juga

pun boleh letak dimension,weight of prototype dalam result.

boleh siapkan draft poster dgn slide mlm ni? sok masa meeting dgn dr. bambang, discuss dgn dia la, pas tu kalo nak edit ape ape mlm sok kita edit jugak. sok kita pun kena decorate prototype kita :D

hariez, yang buku tu takde dgn saya. tlg tanye vivnesh krn rasanye buku tu dlm bag motor yg i bagi dia.
