cover for solar panel

just want to ask, about cover for solar panel, i have an idea to do it. we "wrap" the solar panel with cloth. its difficult to explain, but lets take a look at picture below:

during this midsem break, maybe i can work on this thing at home. because i got all the equipment and materials, from my father's workshop, so how about it? these cloth should be durable and can protect the solar panel..
