Salamualaikum and good day.
Dear team,
Our dateline for the project is coming near and we still have a lot of things that's not yet settled. I really hope coorperation from you guys to:
Farid and Mon: Work on the poster and the presentation slides
Rafiq: The mechanical drawing (CATIA/AutoCAD). Come to my room and I'll give you the dimensions for the prototype.
Since our presentation with the judges start next week, I really hope the poster can be finished (template design, and if possible, printed) by the end of this week. Me myself together with Fadh and Ainu will continue to work on the prototype and the video.
Have a productive day ahead.

and i've already email dr john.
our presentation will be this friday at 12 noon.
and he said we have to present it FORMALLY.
that's why we have to finish the prototype and the slides this thursday.
and we'll distribute the part for each team member.
