First and foremost, congratulation for being selected to participate in SEDEX29
Basically, I would like to summarize what is being said during the participant briefing conducted on Tuesday 7pm at LH1
- Participants are noted that about the number of participating teams in OIC, ETP, FYP, PG and YIC category.
Participants are also brief also the event flow on the 17th and 18th of April 2012 (SEDEX Event Days)
Participants are to obey all the rules and regulations mentioned. Booths must not be left empty during SEDEX Day
- Participants must create an ABSTRACT and hand to Secretariat Department both in Hardcopy and Softcopy format.
Softcopy of ABSTRACT can be sent to

Hardcopy of ABSTRACT can be handed to committees in charged during the Participant Registration on Thursday 12th of August 2012 4pm - 6pm
- PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT PARTICIPANTS MUST COME TO SEMINAR ROOM 5 on Thursday 12th of APRIL 2012 from 4pm to 6pm for PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION
Participants must bring the SOFTCOPY & HARDCOPY of ABSTRACT at the that time.
Participants must also bring their deposit and hand to the committee's in charge:
OIC - RM20
PG - RM20
FYP - RM20
ETP - RM30
Please bring enough change.
Participants must also check their database and details of every team member to ensure correct details are entered.
Any wrong details which is not checked and printed wrongly on certificates will NOT BE ENTERTAINED
Please take this seriously. Your details will be processed after the registration briefing.
If representatives are sent during the participant registration, ensure that the representative have all the required details such as:
a) FULL NAME of every team member
b) MATRIC ID of every team member
c) GENDER of every team member
d) IC NO / PASSPORT of every team member
e) PHONE NUMBER of every team member
f) DEPARTMENT of every team member
g) EMAIL ADDRESS of every team member
h) FULL NAME OF SUPERVISOR with complete affiliations
i) TITLE OF PROJECT
BOOTH NUMBER will be assigned to you during the day of Participant Registration
- For ETP, FYP and PG category participants, please kindly register yourself and your team members via online application
Please fill it up before 8pm Wednesday, 11th of April 2012

4. Come to Seminar Room 5 on Thursday, 12th of April 2012 for participant registration
5. Hand in your hardcopy of ABSTRACT during the participant registration
6. Pay deposit for your booth during the participant registration
7. Check your database during participant registration
