Dear respected colleagues,
Assalamualaikum and good day. Engineering Team Project (ETP) for July 2010 semester is approaching to the end and thus, it’s time for the assessments. This important element of ETP course requires help and support from you. Therefore, considering that you are not a supervisor of any ETP group for this semester, I would like to nominate your good self to become one of the examiners. The details are as follows:
Date: Oct 13, 2010 (Wednesday)
Time: 2.15 pm to 4 pm (please refer to the spreadsheet for the detailed schedule)
Venues: Block 16, 17 and 18 (please refer to the spreadsheet for the detailed location of the venue)
Remark: Refreshments will be provided.
If you are not available during the mentioned date and time, kindly reply this email by Oct 6, 2010.
FYI, 10 out of 97 groups (based on the results of the assessments) will be selected to participate in the Engineering Design Exhibition (EDX) which will be held on Oct 27-28, 2010.
I hope to receive a positive response from you. Again, thank you for your support.
