Peer Review Evaluation
Each student will be evaluated based on prescribed criteria by other members of the team, by means of peer evaluation. Peer review evaluation is meant to be individual evaluation and confidential to the other team members. That means, for example, in a group of 6, each student in the team will need to evaluate the other 5 team members and each student should submit a single file contaning the all the scores he/she awarded to his/her team mates. Submission of the evaluation from is by softcopy through e-learning. Please follow the instructions below carefully:
1. Click on the excel file - Peer Evaluation Form attached below.
2. A pop-up window 'Download File' will appear. Instead of clicking 'Open' button, please click 'Save' button and save it somewhere in your pc.
2. Fill in the appropriate spaces (instructions are provided in the form) and don't forget to save it.
3. Upload the completed form in the submission system available at the end of this column. 'File Upload Successfully' message will appear upon successful uploading.
4. The due date is Nov 5, 2010 at 5:00 pm. Failure to do so may result in penalties.
