Congratulations for those who are being selected as participants of ETP category for SEDEX29.

The tentative date of SEDEX29 Day is on 17-18 April 2012 at Chancellor complex.

Please be reminded that each group must sent at least one representative to come for the

Date: 12 April

Time: 4pm - 7pm

Venue: Seminar room 5

• Please do fill in the database and details for you & your team & ensure correct information are entered.

• Representatives who are sent during the participant registration, ensure that the representative have all the required details such as:

a) FULL NAME of every team member

b) MATRIC ID of every team member

c) GENDER of every team member

d) IC NO / PASSPORT of every team member

e) PHONE NUMBER of every team member
