Assalamualaikum/Hye guys,

I was informed that Logbook will be individual based because the individual task/role is different. Thus all of you please use this template (same as Appendix XIII in ETP Guidelines). 

Every weekend, please submit to me, and ill hand in to Prof Noorhana all together. Easier for her to check & sign. :)
