Salam alikum guys ...i just have an idea and u may correct me and comment on that .... in the stage number 2 where the oil absorption about 30 % .. previously we discussed about making a sensor to know the time we should repalce the plate by new one ...... as u know guys water has high conductivity and low resistivity so by this idea we can make some thing like conductivity sensor so when the process in the early age the plate will filter the water and make the oil accumulate on the side of the plate and since the oil + the water are moving through this plate so the sensor will give us a value of conductivity and as the process continue the more the water get filtered the more the oil deposited and the less the conductivity reading will be recorded after that at the certain limit when the water can not be filtered and the plate reach the maximum capacity to filter the oil this means the oil will be the only substance remaining in the plate with very few percentage of water so at that level we will get very low reading of resistivity so our sensor will infomr us that this is the time that we should replace the filter plate with another ........ idont know if the idea is good but al least we can think about it and Hakim can help us as EE student

ill try to find the sensor ahmed just proposed.. for now.. i have a question... when the oil increases in accumulation.. does the water harder to going through.. thus the water pressure increases?
