Anyway,for other team members, these are the steps:

 

1) Login elearning and open ETP course

2) Scroll down until you see Peer Review Evaluation headline

3) FILL IN and Submit this attached file to here Jan 2010 Peer Evaluation Form Submission in the elearning page.

 

for those who dont understand, just ask here. tq
