Meeting with SV

Dear all,

I've confirmed with our SV that Tuesday is the day for us to sent all the items.

But, I will reconfirm on Monday. Hence, should we have a meeting on Monday night just to collect the item or we just go meet him at his room?

And how about our plan this Saturday? Outing to Syabu Syabu?

Nisah, can u book the place for us after we've confirmed?
