1) Tamiya Crank Axle gearboxes with shafts are used instead of a normal motor gearbox because they provide high torque gears which are the main components of the mechanism of the iron.

2) the iron board, ytd i asked vinoth, he said it's made of plywood??? everyone please show your commitment and check the contents of the poster pls!

ok......the issues are:

Background

If we say that iron plate are extremely hot - OK. but

Running on relatively high n hazardous AC voltage - Arguable 

Reason:

Commercial products need to meet the requirement/s by SIRIM or MS before reaching consumer. Hence, it is illogical if we put this point. And what if we used DC instead of AC,does it change the condition to safe?Or we change it to DC to suit our system i.e motor with gearbox ?

Suggestion:

Safety issue always transpire especially when iron plates are extremely hot and  involves human contact.

Problem Statement

Clothes got burnt while ironing - Arguable

Dangerous for young children - Arguable

Reason:

• Clothes got burnt because human factor - human are the one who set how much heat they intended to use & careless during ironing process.
• Dangerous for young children - Does adults skin can adapt heat from the iron plate? 
  

Suggestion:

• No safety features embedded especially when it involves human as the operator.
• The hot surface of iron plate is consider hazard to human.

Objectives

1. Just asking whether "Intelligible" is a good word-choice for this statement. Maybe we could change to something that is more suitable.Any suggestion?

2. The second objective stated that our iron board can avoid any accidental scorching to fabric and users. Do we have this in our iron board? If yes, we may include it in the poster.

Suggestion:

We write the objectives based on our final product only especially the one that we have. It is unnecessary to include something that we don't have visually. We may state if for for future enhancement.

Discussion

 In this part, we should change from worm gear to spur gear. Why? Please refer to attachment.

And cross reference with our gears inside the gearbox of our own. You'll understand better.

And add what insert Wong statement - provide high torque gears.

Poster Layout n Presentation.

Everything looks fine to me.Maybe we could put some colours to background.

But to be honest,I love the previous one.

By tonight kena bagi siap poster dah. Esok kena hntar kedai. But what i heard, all shops that provide printing service at taman maju already full. Worst comes to worst kita kena cari printing service dkt station18 or ipoh.
Hanisah, kalau kau nak minta tolong buat poster tu bgtau jak, kitorg pun free ni.
And untuk presentation slide macam mana ? Each of us should do the slide for our part or........?
