ETP PROJECT EVALUATION

WEDNESDAY 1 AUG 2012

2.30 PM TO 4 PM

Each team is given 45 minutes to present their project in 3 modes:

1. ORAL PRESENTATION

2. POSTER

3. PROTOTYPE DEMONSTRATION

40 venues in Buildings 17 & 18 will be made available for this purpose. 40 teams will present at 2.30 pm while the next 40 will present at 3.15 pm. The list of venues and examiners would be announced through this site by 4 pm today.

For the oral presentation, each team has to bring their own computer laptop with presentation slides. The length of the presentation is recommended to be 20 minutes or less so that the two examiners have the opportunity to ask questions.

A 240 V AC electrical power outlet is available at the venue for each team to use. Please inform the coordinator if your prototype has special requirement.
