Thanksgiving schedule

The week of Thanksgiving we will have classes:

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday normal schedule

CLOSED THURSDAY

FRIDAY one class only 10:00-11:30am

Saturday normal schedule.

 

Eric will be here for a guided meditation "Healing through the elements" Friday from 7-8pm.

Reiki workshops this week-end- you must pre-register.
