Greetings all, I have some information to share- it is on my web site, so please take a look.

I have a new calendar that shows the schedule. The 4th link down- it says "schedule-New".
Click on and take a look! Regular classes as well as special workshops and events are listed.
Please note all the classes I teach are on the calendar, not just the ones at Etowah Valley Yoga!
Click on a day and all the information will come up for you to see.

I have scheduled a date for the 2008 retreat at Pura Vida USA. The information in on the web site www.etowahvalleyyoga.com.
Please let me know by March 1st if you will want a room. I need to reserve rooms by that date.

The next workshop is Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep) on March 15th from 1:30-4:30pm. The cost is $35.00
We will explore the history, theory and practice of Yoga Nidra. I do need to know in advance if you would like to attend as there are handouts for the class.
