Holiday Greetings from Etowah Valley Yoga

 

Here are some dates of special interest:

Thursday Dec. 6th there will not be a 6:30pm class because of the Christmas parade in downtown Cartersville.

 

The Holiday schedule will be posted on the web site. I am attaching it to this e-mail but some of you will not receive the attachment.

 

Please note the special RESTORATIVE CLASS on Jan 1st NEW YEAR 'S DAY

       4:00-5:30pm. Bring your props and renew for the new year!

 

Teacher Training program (200 hour Yoga Alliance) will begin in January. There are 3 spots available if you know of anyone interested.

 

January 20 (Sunday) 1-5pm there will be a Pranayama Workshop for students with yoga experience. Cont ed will be given for teachers (RYTs)

 

Eric returns the week-end of Feb 10 with some special workshops- including

"Massage for Friends and Family"

Eric and I will also be presenting free programs at the Carterville Library on Tuesday Feb. 5th "Techniques for Wellness".
