Entranceindia  provides  complete  information  about  JEE  Main  2016.  JEE  (Joint  Entrance Exam) is a national level entrance exam for joining Bachelor’s engineering colleges in India. It is mandatory to clear the JEE Main 2016 for qualify JEE Advanced.  For joining in NIT’s and some other government funded colleges and private colleges we have to clear the JEE Main.

JEE entrance exam 2016 has two courses:

 JEE Main
 JEE Advanced.

For joining in IIT’s we have to clear the JEE Advanced test.

States Participating for JEE Main:

Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Odisha, Gujarat, Haryana, Maharashtra and Nagaland are the states participated for the JEE Main last year.

Application form for JEE Main 2016:

Filling the online application is the only mode for JEE Main 2016. Before applying online application  students  advised  to  read  the  information  carefully.  Online  application  will  be available from November 1st  week to December last week in the JEE Main official website

Examination pattern for JEE Main 2016:

There are two types of exam held in JEE Main 2016 paper 1 and paper 2. Paper 1 score is helpful for joining B.E / B.Tech and Paper 2 is helpful for joining B.Planning / B.Arch. Paper 1  will  be  a  pen  and  paper  based  exam  fully  loaded  with  objective  type  questions  from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. While paper 2 will be asked in three parts first will be objective questions from Mathematics, 2ns part will be aptitude questions and 3rd  part will be a drawing test.

Eligibility Criteria for JEE Main 2016:

For  OBC/General  Students  who  want  to  appear  for  JEE Main 2016  must  born  on  or  after  1st  October 1991. While for others here is 5 years of age relaxation will be given.
