Version 1.3 now released!

Version 1.3 of Eto.Parse is now on nuget!

This is a minor release but with even more improved performance and a few bug fixes.

Changes for v1.3:

• Improved performance by another ~9%
  
• Remove ParseMatch struct
  
• Parser.Parse/InnerParse now returns a match length only
  
• Scanner.ReadChar() now returns an int instead of a char/bool combo
  
• Added Scanner.Peek()
  
• NumberParser fixes when at the end of the input string
