The 6th Symposium on Amazonian Languages (SAL 6) will take place March 27-28, 2026 at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, AB, Canada.

bstracts should be 500 words (including examples but not including references) and they can be on any topic related to Amazonian linguistics, including, but not limited to: phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, sociolinguistics, historical linguistics, linguistic anthropology, discourse analysis, and language maintenance and revitalization.
Notifications of acceptance will be sent out by February 15. Registration for the conference will be free.
