Duration- 9+ months

Contract position for a Sr. Business Analyst with 10 years of business analysis experience, and experience with a commercial real estate property / facility management software and an understanding of the underlying financial data. Our client is looking for a strong and personable consensus-builder.

This Senior Business Analyst will assess the current state of a Yardi System, as well as JD Edwards System, in order to prepare for a migration from JDE into Yardi. The Business Analyst will also conduct interviews for the requirements of key project stakeholders and business users around the globe and document and present the results.

REQUIREMENTS:

10+ years experience in business analysis

Understanding of financial data that runs through property management software

STRONG requirements elicitation & analysis skills, together with presentation and facilitation skills

Excellent understanding of the Project Lifecycle, with experience working through the full project lifecycle

Experience helping businesses define strategy
