JOB Description:

 

This role will guide the data standards and governance for developing a robust customer data platform that will deepen our understanding of Luxottica’s consumers and ultimately improve our ability to service consumers through all interactions and channels.

·         Experience with complex data migrations, including data validation, cleansing and mapping

·         Experience with integrating data from various data sources – across systems, internal and external

·         Ability to create and manage complex processes ensuring strict adherence to compliance practices specific to HIPPA and other sensitive data

·         Has led the creation of data governance and standards

·         Familiar with marketing strategies that require use of customer data – analytics, modeling, customer profiles and personalization

·         Has vision to build and design solution through a phased approach with end state in mind

·         Attention to detail, process driven

·         Strong communication, and partnership to work effectively with business and IT stakeholders

·         5-7 years technical background

·         3-5 years project management
