I was not able to open the said mail, but since the subject is very close to my heart, i am responding.
While in school, our school teacher used to say so, and he also circulated the artcle he has written in a magazine, but i was too young to take a grasp of the same. Any way, now that new goverment has come in to the picture, the matter will investigated threadbare, and the truth will come out.
