Dear Misrak and all my colleagues in EEO. It has been a while since I contacted you all. I apologize, but I am confident you would understand. I have been extremely busy. 

I recently came across to the attached advertisement-IT Consultancy Services in FTA (Federal Transport Authority) of Ethiopia for a Transportation Systems Improvement Program. 

As they say "Better Late than Never". I know there are only 6 days left to the deadline for submission of Interest. I am sorry for the late notice (I got it recently, thanks to a good friend who forwarded it to me). I still thought it is a good idea to share it with you and all our EEO members, who may be interested in submitting applications.

Dear Abiyu,

It is great to hear from you. Thank you for sending FTA IT consultancy opportunity. I intend to collaborate with a couple of friends who were part of standing-up of the Ethiopian Commodity Exchange. It will be a very tight and aggressive attempt to make the deadline, but we will try. I am hoping that the selection process will be fair and transparent. I am also hopeful that ethical and hard working people like you are involved in some form or fashion on that side. We all have the responsibility of fixing the ills of the past. Regardless of the dozen failed attempts I made in the past, I remain optimistic.
