Trouble with the scrollbar

I am running etherpad 1.1. I found that the scrollbar does not work
properly for me. When i try to scroll up and down etherpad will resize
the editing frame instead... I could get the scroll to sort of work by
loading the document with ?sidebar=0 but then the display is again a
bit funny. I compiled the code myself and I am wondering if other have
noticed this behavior..

The problem is fixed after upgrading to 1.1.17.
