Title: PeopleSoft Developer

Location: Washington, DC

Duration: Long Term

Start Date: Immediate

Rate: DOE

Visa Status: USC/GC Only

Only Locals if H1B (DC, MD, VA)

 

Description: Provide development and business expertise. Work closely with IT applications and business owners.

 

Responsibilities:

 

ELM v9.1 Application Development: Hands-on experience in developing reports, interfaces, conversions, and implementation of custom solutions that need to be designed, developed and delivered.

Stakeholder Engagement: Configure ELM module and engage with stakeholders to produce solutions

Training Support: Design ELM to support training initiatives - Certification Management/Requirements Gap Analysis/Qualification Requirements Report/Audits.

Coding: Experience in programming code to address HCM/ELM interface issues

Troubleshooting: Res olve issues related to business processes between ELM & HCM modules

Integration: HCM/ELM integration knowledge to develop and integrate technical solutions and business processes

 

Minimum qualifications

 

Undergraduate Degree: BS/BA: Computer Science or Information Systems / Technology or Business / Finance or other technically relevant degree

6+ years of Experience:  Hands-on technical experience in developing HCM/ELM v9.x solutions and production support

SDLC: Proven track record of successful implementation of all project life cycle stages from requirements gathering through implementation and enhancements

PeopleSoft Tools: Hands-on working knowledge of one or more PeopleSoft Advanced Tools Application Package

Technical Skills: SQL, Crystal, SQR, nVision, Query Manager, People Code, Oracle Databases

Experience working on public/private transportation projects which include busses, trolleys, light rail, subways, commute trains, etc. will be an added advantage.
