Etherpad-lite: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'setStateIdle' of null

I am using etherpad_lite version 1.6.0. we have also observed this issue like as below.

also it is frustrating to me for use of etherpad lite due to this error.

Did anyone come up with the solution? I am facing it, and so far till now i did not get the answer.

When i use etherpad in HA, i get "can not read property setStateIdle of null" error. Inside i says, "error during websocket handshake". What can i do to make etherpad work on HA? Please help.
