win xp-sp2 freezes installation

How could we use a xp-sp2 guest created by VirtualBox and then make
the xen-ether version of kernel to use it ?..

Virtual box creates a vdi format of the image and how would ether-xen
understand it ??...

If it is possible , please help ... Since i really want to see ether-
xen running on Debian Lenny ...

I'm only stuck at booting xp using xen-ether ... Also please brief
more on the unattended install of xp-sp2 ..

Anyone who went through the same problem and has overcome it , please
upload the iso or the image file on any of the file hosting
servers ??...
