Please solve this .......... xs_read(): vncpasswd get error

When i tried to boot xp from non-ether-xen , im getting the following
error when im spawing vncviewer with the following command
#]vncviewer :0

XP SP2 gets freezed with this as the log entry ....

This is what qemu-log file is saying...
