Speeding up the ete3 evol

Hello Dengzqi,

How do I speed up the ete3 evol, if I run it with no CPU's does it uses all the available cores in the Linux server ?

Don't you have a MPI version ?

Suggestions please.

Hi,

the default cpu number of ete3 evol is 1. If you want to increase the speed, you can increase the cpu number by "--cpu <number>", if you need all available cores, you can set "--cpu 0".
