Having problems getting ete3 to work on Ubuntu

Hello,

Me and my advisor have been having serious trouble trying to get your program to work on our ubuntu computers. We have tried it in multiple python versions with no success. For some reason, some of the dependencies aren't downloading, even when we upgrade the tools. We also keep getting errors having to do with Algatask when we run the workflows. I was wondering if you have any advice for getting it to run. Thank you.

Hi Benjamin,

would you mind sharing the errors you encountered? here is the official ete3 install page, http://etetoolkit.org/download/ and I would reccomend you to install in conda enviroment.
