SLR analysis

I cannot find any documentations of how do the site analysis of selective pressure with SLR and Codeml using ETE2.

Any helps?

Hi Barbara,
for now this part is not fully integrated... mainly because it has no
documentation. I hope to find some time next month.

until then the beta release is downloadable from there:
https://gitorious.org/~jhcepas/environment-for-tree-exploration/jhcepass-ete21-circular/commits/evoltree

for the SLR analysis there is a specific example, in the example folder.
I also recommend you to have a look to the examples around site models also.
