problems installation

Hi there,

I am trying to install ete2 on Mac 10.5.8 but i am having some problems. 

When I tried to load ETE (import ete2) keep saying:

ImportError: No module named PyQt4.QtGui

any helps, please?

You will need to install PyQt4 to enable visualization features in ETE. In Mac, this is not as straightforward as in linux, so you will need to compile the libraries, etc. Takes a while, but not as difficult if you use macports.
