So who do you have to be, so that, when you are
logged in to eternal september, and you go here:

and click on "Current number of NNTP sessions"

(like I did today, after Thunderbird hadn't worked
for many hours - unable to connect - eventually
resolved by rebooting ArcaOS which I run under
Virtualbox under Windows 10)

you get something more useful than:

https://www.eternal-september.org/mrtg/news_users_active.html

You would have to be the person that fixes the se_linux
permissions for the mrtg directory.
