\"Take a step back in time on a century-old cable car and see the best views of downtown Pittsburgh while riding one of the few remaining inclines in the country. Opened on May 20, 1877, the Duquesne Incline was rescued and restored by a group of local residents in 1963 and still delights residents and visitors with its original, elegant, wooden cable cars. Now you can visit the interior of the incline and watch the machinery while it operates. The Duquesne Incline's upper station houses a museum of Pittsburgh history, including photos and a storehouse of information on inclines from around the world. Unusual Pittsburgh souvenirs, maps and photos can be found at the gift shop.\"
As unique as Pittsburghers, each Fountain Show dances to choregraphed musical arrangements that you'll love to sing and dance along to. Plus, in the summer months, get closer and enjoy the fountain's cooling mist over the crowd.
The Fountain performs over ten different shows. There are two custom shows in the lineup. Brand new is the Pittsburgh Sports Show. It is an immersive sports history experience. Familiar voices of Pittsburgh Sports announcers call out unmistakable moments of the Pittsburgh Penguins, the Pittsburgh Pirates, and the Pittsburgh Steelers integrated with an exciting soundtrack. Also, the Pittsburgh History Show is sure not to disappoint. It features the rich history of Station Square and the city of Pittsburgh. Relive songs from the small screen during the Classic TV Theme Songs Show. Hear some of the biggest hits from rock in the 80's Hair Bands Show, Pittsburgh's own diva in the Christina Aguilera Show, a special tribute in the Elvis Presley Show and the Michael Jackson Show. We strike up the band during a special salute to our country in the American's Favorite Marches Show. Kids of all ages will sing along during the Disney Magic Show. And, bring your dancing shoes for the Beach Boys Show and the Country Western Divas Show. There is certainly something for everyone!
On-the-water training with our team of Freedom Boat Club Coast Guard Certified Captains is offered (free with your Membership) to ensure that Members are comfortable and safe at the helm.

Three Rivers Sightseeing Cruises: Come aboard and tour the three rivers of Pittsburgh on one of our grand riverboats. Sit back, relax and enjoy expert narration by both our onboard narrator and our Captain as they point out landmarks and relate interesting tales of past and present.
Kid-Themed Cruises: We have the cruises that kids love! Our character cruises feature Princesses, Superheroes, Pirates and more. Sailing Weekends and Wednesdays join us for lots of fun on the three rivers!
Game Day Shuttle Service: Take the Gateway Clipper Shuttle to North Shore Events. We provide shuttle service to all Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Panthers and Pittsburgh Pirates games at Heinz Field and PNC Park. We also offer shuttle service to concert events held at Heinz Field and PNC Park.

Carriage Service offers carriage rides most Friday and Saturday evenings from May through October, weather-permitting. Reservations are accepted for our Downtown Tour year-round, and on any day of the week.

One of Pittsburgh's distinctive features is its cable-powered inclines designed for transportation between the river valleys and the communities on top of the overlooking bluffs. At one time Pittsburgh had about fifteen inclines. Two of them remain, on the south bank of the Monongahela and Ohio Rivers, across from downtown Pittsburgh. They provide service to the Mount Washington for residents and a historic voyage for tourists wishing to sightsee some of the most breathtaking views of our panoramic skylines.

Hines has acquired the Station Square office complex on behalf of National Office Partners Limited Partnership (NOP), its investment partnership with the California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS), from Moore & Associates, Inc. The three-building, 492,304-square-foot, Class A office complex is located in the metropolitan Washington submarket of Silver Spring, Maryland. Hines also assumed property management and leasing responsibilities.
Station Square was designed by Ward/Hall Associates AIA PLC. The 10, 12 and 14-story buildings are located in the heart of downtown Silver Spring, one block from the Silver Spring Metrorail station, Maryland Commuter Rail (MARC) station, Metrobus and the local Ride-on bus transfer station. Directly across the street is the new 600,000-square-foot headquarters for Discovery Communication and a new 500,000-square-foot town center which features restaurants, a host of national retail tenants, cultural attractions and a Marriott hotel.
Station Square is a 52-acre (210,000 m2) entertainment complex located in the South Shore neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States across the Monongahela River from the Golden Triangle of downtown Pittsburgh. Station Square occupies the buildings and land formerly occupied by the historic Pittsburgh & Lake Erie Railroad Complex, including the Pittsburgh & Lake Erie Railroad Station, which are separately listed on the National Register of Historic Places.[2]
It features restaurants and entertainment venues, including Highmark Stadium and the 396-room Sheraton at Station Square. As one of Pittsburgh's largest tourist destinations, it attracts more than three million people annually, including many Pittsburgh natives. The retail development was built at the location of a former station on the Pittsburgh and Lake Erie Railroad, with many of the original structures such as the freight house building and the concourse being converted into restaurants. Proximity to a stop on the Port Authority of Allegheny County 'T' Pittsburgh Light Rail system and the dock for the Gateway Clipper Fleet of local river cruise boats makes Station Square a major parking and jumping-off point for activities and events around the city. The property is operated by Brookfield Asset Management.
Station Square was conceptualized by Arthur P. Ziegler, Jr., one of the founding national leaders of historic preservation in the United States and President of the Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation, or Landmarks. Landmarks developed the site in 1976 as a mixed-use historic adaptive reuse development that gave the foundation the opportunity to put its urban planning principles into practice.
