The Racing Schedule (All racing will be South of Toronto Island – (A 30 to 45 minute sail from the clubhouse in fair breeze)

 

Wednesday, September 16th -  A practice race will start at 1 PM (13:00)

 

Thursday, September 17th -   First day of racing – First Gun at 10 AM (3 Races scheduled)

 

Friday, September 18th -         Second Day of racing – First Gun at 10 AM (3 Races Scheduled)

 

Saturday, September 19th -    Third Day of Racing – First Gun at 10 AM (3 Races Scheduled)

 

                                                Prize Giving – 6 PM at the Island Clubhouse

 

Haul-Out – Out of town boats will be given first priority on the crane back on the city side at the end of the regatta and we will have plenty of people to help make the process move smoothly.

 

 

 

The Social Schedule (All activities will be at the Island Clubhouse where you will be sailing back to after each day of racing)

 

Wednesday, September 16th -           6:00 PM  Opening Ceremonies in the Main Ballroom – Followed by a cash BBQ

 

Thursday, September 17th -               After sailing – Upper verandah of the club – dinner food stations buffet highlighting our sponsors

 

Friday, September 17th -                     After Sailing – Main Ballroom – Banquet Dinner (Blazer and tie are optional – collared shirts required)

                                                            Title Sponsor Tasting event!!

 

Saturday, September 18th -                6 PM at Island Clubhouse – Awards Ceremonies – Cocktails and Snacks

  1. Registration process will commence as you arrive at the city side and then will be finalized as you arrive at the island with your boat – Details will be in your registration kit.
  2. The dress code is waived for all non-member participants of the yacht club for the ferry to and from the island.
  3. Lunches can be ordered and purchased through the YC, details at registration.
