[ANN] Tier 1 support for arm64 platforms

Hi Everyone

We are pleased to announce that the etcd project has achieved tier 1 support for arm64 for release 3.5 onward 🎉


Our etcd website supported platforms have been updated to reflect this:

This work has been an important step towards ensuring comprehensive and stable support for diverse hardware architectures. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the many community contributors who helped contribute towards this work and make this achievement possible.
