Decent UI for etcdv3 API

Hi All,

After struggling with multiple options to conveniently view and edit etcd v3 API keys, I'm starting to think that we really need a solid Web UI for it.

Can kickstart an effort for this, since we(my company) needs it badly anyways, but just wanted to post it out to the group if there are others who would be interested in contributing to this effort.

Let me know your thoughts.

you can try kstone(https://github.com/tkestack/kstone), kstone is an etcd management platform, providing a dashboard(supports authentification, english/chinese), cluster management, monitoring, backup, inspection(data consistency, health, hot write requests, number of resource objects, etc.).), data migration, visual viewing of etcd data (still a lack of editing ability,  welcome to contribute).
