ETCD read only access for client/section

Hi,
 I'm trying to find best system for metadata distribution (logins/pass/connectors url/...), etcd seems to be one of the best, but I'm missing some sort of ACL/or switch service to read only mod (new keys/values will be done only by admins or monitoring). Is it possible or not ?

This is not yet possible, but we are planning on defining an API for ACLs before the next release. Follow along/chip in at https://github.com/coreos/etcd/issues/1272
