Users, devs, and fans:
Now that 3.6 is released, several of you have reached out to the
maintainers about 3.4 patch support. In response, we're extending it.
According to our community support policy, we typically maintain only
the latest two minor versions, currently v3.5 and v3.6. However, we’ve
extended support for v3.4 by one additional year to give users still on
v3.4 more time to upgrade to v3.5 or v3.6. As a result, support for v3.4
will continue until May 15, 2026.
