SIG etcd leadership change

Hi Team

This email is to inform the community of my decision to step down as co-chair of Kubernetes SIG etcd.

I've contributed to etcd for a few years along with co-chair for our SIG since it's inception in 2023 and I've loved being able to contribute to the project & SIG journey. I'm hugely thankful for the support from my fellow leads and project members over this time, it has been a privilege to work with you and get to know you.

My decision to step down is due to a change in personal circumstances which has meant I now have very little spare time and many more personal responsibilities compared to my earlier years of contributing to the project and SIG.

Rest assured the SIG continues to have strong leadership through co-chairs Ivan and Siyuan , along with the Tech Leads, Marek, Benjamin & Wei Fu.
