Need to ETCD client circuit breaker

Hey Team,
We have seen lot of issues with ETCD due to single node degradation(not hard failure), be it 1 node slow disk, stale followers, ETCD inbuilt rate limiter, noisy neighbour. We have built the wrapper over ETCD client to provide circuit breaker capability and till now its working fine. Wanted to check does ETCD team have plans to provide this in native client? Shall i publish the wrapper client?

Can you creating an issue for this problem in https://github.com/etcd-io/etcd/ with more details about "lot of issues with ETCD" and the conditions (how to produce it if possible)? 

We have a pretty comprehensive robustness test covering all kinds of failure scenarios. It would be great to understand where the remaining gaps are.
