Dear Sir,

Plz. note that we have general GTP for our product Ringmaster which comprises of (RN2C, RN6C, CE6, SE6) range of products.

During our subsequent discussion for your requirement you have asked us to submit GTP, the same was as per three way RMU Ringmaster type RN2C which comprises of 2 Nos. Load Break Isolators and 1 No. SF6 Circuit Breaker. As your requirement was very much customized which only comprises of 5 way Breakers, so we have forwarded you the same family GTP along with detailed product catalogue so that it may be easy for your to co-relate both the data's. During forwarding the GTP I have taken all the care and thus deleted weight dimensions from same since it was according to 2 Isolator + 1 Breaker arrangement but by mistake overlook not to confirm Emergency push Button which is not the integral part of our single way Breaker. If it would be 3 way RMU then it comes as a standard feature with the same.

Also since your deliveries were critical we have not hold any activity and gone ahead with our manufacturing process to meet 5 days critical delivery requirement of yours.

After getting technical clarification from your end we have submitted detailed drawings for the combination of same which was approved by you but on later stage we have found our mistake in GTP and then revised the corrected GTP for your approval purpose. Everything was in so much hurry because of which this typo-graphical error has occurred and for same we apologise.

We further want to confirm that Emergency push button is not the standard feature of our single breaker module because of which we could not provide the same.

Regards
