Looks o.k, would it be nice to provide the following:

1. Youth Project Name + How Much Funds was used?

2. Pathfinders Project Name + How much funds was used?

3. Adventures Project Name + How Much funds was used?

Total Funds Expensed?

This is to implement the Church Board Resolutions, that Under the new Treasury System, we will commence to ensure each Department has its own GL Codes, to handle its funds income and expenditures as discussed in last Church Board Meeting.
