Dear Etas church clerk.
Take careful note of Pr. Leeman’s email and act accordingly.
I think our church clerk has done a good job of faithfully recording our baptized members and I applaud you for a job well done!!
John

Subject: Baptismal records for 2021
Efate District Leaders,
I just want to remind us that it is important that our church clerks submit the baptismal pads for all the baptisms we have done in our church in 2021. You will find attached the record that Mission has formulated for 2021 baptism for Efate. I understand there were baptisms happened in number of our churches in 2021 but unfortunately looks like clerks are still holding on to those baptismal pads. Please remind them to submit those pads to the mission Secretariat before this year becomes history. Eton in the Eastern Zone has done quite a number of baptisms this year but mission has not recorded any of those baptisms. Please Pastor Pierre follow up on your clerk to submit those pads. Brother Eric Kaltap follow up with your clerk to submit the baptismal pads for those whom Pr. Joshua had baptized last sabbath the 13th of November.
Thank you all for your attention and action to this urgent matter.
Regards
Pastor Leeman
EDML
Thank you Pr. DML for the heads up on this issue.
We have informed our clerk of the notice and I believe she will act accordingly. Pastor can you give us a dateline as to when you expect all records tendered into office?
On the same note Etas Sabbath school is organizing our final baptism for 2021 on the 27th November. Please can I request for your availability in advance?
Thank you for considering our request.
Wishing you God’s blessings for a blessed Sabbath.
Regards
Thank you very much pastor for your commitment and dedication towards God’s call for service.
Regards
John

Thanks Brother Elder,
Ask your clerk to submit the pads as soon as possible. Maybe Monday the 29th of November after the Sabbath Baptism. Submit the 1st to the last quarters' baptismal pads. I will be available for baptism.
