REMINDER: Theta Chi/DOKs Homecoming Events this Weekend!

Good morning Brothers and friends of Theta Chi!

Rene Weber and I wanted to REMIND everyone that the Undergrads will be hosting an 11am Alumni/Undergrad meeting at the Chapter House (The Ranch!) at 296 Jennelle Road this coming Saturday, 10/24, followed immediately by a pre-game TAILGATE PARTY at NOON at the Ranch before the 3:30pm battle against Duke.

At the 11am meeting, we will cover:

1. An update on the Undergraduate chapter's progress over this past year, which has been fairly dramatic. One example: The Undergrads have their third consecutive pledge class of more than 15 good guys, and in fact our chapter recently won Theta Chi National's Phil S. Randall Recruitment Excellence Award for 2015! 

2. An update on the condition of and future of our beloved Chapter House.  We have several options that the Alumni Board and the Chapter Advisory Board need your input on, as we look to the future and the "next 45+ years" of Theta Chi at Virginia Tech.

NOTE:  For those of you who are coming into town on Friday, the Undergrads are hosting an Alumni welcome reception at The Ranch from 6pm-9pm on Friday night, with bonfire, food and beverages available.
